    Problem: Unable to talk to Belicanon he is not on the spot where you can find him during the the correct time period between 2:00 to 3:00 am game time thanks

    You have to walk along the top rim of the crater to get into the spawn area. Check again.

    i know the right spot and the right time but when i go there during the exact time there is no npc there i know the loc because i already search it in google and even watch the video in youtube just to make sure thanks for the reply man
