Secondly, high results from a ping tests =/= long delay. Though this is generally the case, latency is only one major factor in the processing of network data--the other being bandwidth. Excessive latency creates bottlenecks that prevent data from propagating throughout the network, thus decreasing effective bandwidth. I know this is an Old Post but wtf 100-200ms is low ping. i've been played ever since i start in gamezaion with an average ping of 400ms.im contended with a ping of 350 how much more if i have that kind of ping.LOL
