i have problems whit my acount all caracters deleted

    plisss i need help my ip in gamez aion is xpforce all my caracters are deleted i was goin to login this morning in to my acount and all my caracters not there eny more pliss i need help im desperate i had full abg and eac set in my caracters kinah my credits gon to i had 3850 cedits i changed the pass word this morning but i realy need to get back my caracters whyt all my things set jewelry items generaly you can chack my acount and see im not leeing see the donations and things i bout very long ago.

    my caracters was seilormoon ranger , xpandorax sorcer, sikfrid sm , moontech chanter, zaphirtar gladiator i realy dont no what to do sorry for doble post but this morning i was desperate i i did not notice ware i did the fisrt post sorry for that i dodn now how to removed from there but i need help whit my problem

    i have made many donations to this server but many many donations over years i stated to play this server on 2010 and i always donate thats how i get all may sets and jewelry so its nothing to do in my case ?

    2nd: you try scam staff with ur fake acc loss and you think they will give you'r imagined stuff:/

    only siel server was deleted lumiel server have my caracters as normal i check my computer whit a tenitions he toll me that i had a virus in my computer and some body got the acces to myacounts pliss i cant contac gm i send privat mesege to alente dont no no une else how can i do ?
