help i donated 2 times allready and didnt get any credits i used super rewards

why the fawk i didnt get any credits for the 2nd time i donated so fcking scam

 

if it shows they are in hold u will get them after 4 - 5 days

 

It's not a scam lol, just have to be patient.

 

i used rixty gamecard then i tried spending the points and it says the game is not supported then why did they put it on the donation method?

 

Duh... why are you doing it a second time if the first time fails?

BTW I dont see Rixty gamecard In the method, I see Some prepaid card (paysafe, ticketsurf, ucash,ecocard) and in super rewards only paysafe but not this...

 

also, if you have proof, I am sure it can be fix,

 

★ The only thing u can do is to be patient =) . Since it wasn't your mistake & the website doesn't ACCEPT the card - there should be a warning for any user. I believe that u are not the only one ★

★ Also a friend told me that u have to wait some days for the credits to appear in your personal account. However, if it's a prepaid card fault, stuck or anything else you have to contact them if u have invest a lot of money. Anyway, I wish u good luck & I hope u will receive them back. ★
