Donating...........

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if any of you could help me.. See here's the deal, Just bought some credit's, I bought them 2 day's ago, it is now going on 3 Day's.. i still haven't got my credit's, I've tried clicking the "Get Help" button on the donating page, but it just took me to a blank screen, nothing happen, i was wondering how long does it usually take to get your credit's back? Just worried I'm not going to get them is all, Love this game, Love playing it, Love the people on here, Just don't want to rage quit this game an not play it anymore for this Reason. I noticed that there were many ppl with ur same problem a few time ago.. I usually donate with the cell phone and my credits arrive in 2 minutes. Maybe u must just wait till ur credits arrive Good Luck

 

Ahhh, alright, And if you don't mind me asking, how does the "Cell Phone Credit's" work with that, What do you pay with? Your Credit Card still? I Was just wondering And okay, guess just have to wait it out, Hope its not too long

 

Well, cell phone is freking easy. U must put ur number and then send a message (normally u must send ''Y'') to the number that they give u, after that they will send u a message and u must answer it With the word that they tell u (Normally its ''OK'') once u do this they confirm ur transaction and u will receive ur credits in a few minutes. If u dont understand me u can check it by urself in the gamez aion webpage.

 

Okay okay, And does that just go onto your Phone Bill? Or do you select a Payment Type?

 

" Cellphone Credits " by Mobile Load .

 

What does that mean by "Cellphone Credit's"? Is it Actually on your Phone bill? Just wondering, cause if your Allowed to select a Payment type that would be nice id do that more often, but if not an it goes onto your phone bill I'm unable to do that. Lol.

There is a button where the payment methods are listed [ Missing donation ? ]

Click on it and send an injury to the transaction your still waiting for, provide them some info (not personal info) but info that were required for the transaction for me they sort it out and i recieve them.

Also it would be handy if you said with what method you donated.

I heard if you donated with superrewards or paypal they could hold your donation but you would recieve them after 2-3 days.

In my opinion paysafecards are the best (i don't know if your country has them)

You can get them in gasstations and some other shops.

It's a prepaid card with a 16 digit number you enter that on the gamez site trough paysafecard option
And the credits are instantly added they also offer some nice bonusses on them.

SMS is easy and most of the times instant credited to, but you can only donate small ammounts at a time i only use this when i need like 200 more credits to activate my vip so i'l donate like 2€ or somthing like that =D you also don't get a bonus with them so.

You know what kinda sucks though... Is that Today is the 4th day an i still havent got my points... lol... So yea.. Im Still Waiting. so this sucks. hahahaha. Any ideas on how i can contact them? or do i still have to wait one more day?
