Hey there fellows "Aion players" and the rest of community!

Im currently on a stage of installing the North America Aion version so i tho why not make an introduction.
So while i was watching some videos and forum topics about the server i still wasnt able to find answers to some of my questions that are:

If im from Europe will there be any problems with connection stability like will it lagg? Would like to hear from other Europian users that plays this server.
And since my favorite part in Aion is pvp and the wars for fortresses(siege i think it was called?) i wanned to know how many times a day fortresses become vulnerable in here? I heard that servers has different times so yeah thats why im wondering.

For now thats all the questions i have hope on response.

about connections as im from europa i got ping from 180 -320 but basiclly all works fine...no connection issues
about sieges...there are some but it needs more ppl to do that as most of the server players prefer pvp zerg vs zerg so u wont get often chance get a real siege

im from spain and my ping is 200-350 ms with Leatrix.com without leatrix 500+ms

I am using Leatrix latency fix and i have about 420~480ms (I live in Greece, i have a 24mbps connection) but when i use a ping program (e.g. Direct IP) it gets down to 350~400. Greece is one of the countries with the worst connection speeds though, so cheer up

As about the Sieges.. well, to be honest, i haven't seen any in Abyss lately, i am not sure if they disabled them but anyways, you don't need Gold medals as much as platinum ones. The Fortress Sieges in Balaurea are working normally, however, i doubt anyone will ever take them. It takes ages to destroy the doors, the siege ends before people reach the general usually.
You can still do daily quests for them tho! And i'm sure the admins will find a solution to everything soon... unless they want more people quitting of course.

thanks for the welcomes! im in the game. but how can i check my ping? Even tho it doesnt look like im lagging so i guess it should be great. still want to know how much i have without that program you guys use. And..... is there any guide on how to make kinah here? dont want to go begging for kinah and try to earn my own.

You're welcome! You can check your ping by typing /ping. I'm not sure if there's a Guide on how to make Kinah but believe me, it ain't that hard and you're not going to need kinah much (Not for now at least. Perhaps you will, when the housing system will be implemented).
You can make lots by crafting consumables and selling them (Candies, Potions, Scrolls, etc.) and/or by selling items you get from instances.

As about the Legion part, i suggest you check the Legions Section and see what each legion's requirements are. Personally, i would suggest you join our Legion (<The Illusionist>). We are an old friendly pvp legion (currently making a comeback) that accepts almost everyone. Feel free to check our thread and apply here! We don't care about the Gear as much as other Legions do.
Most of the PvP legions invite only fully-geared players who have experience with their class, sadly.

p.s. We're on Siel, if you're playing on Lumiel, i'm sorry and i wish you good luck finding a good Legion!
