WTF <> my item in inventory LOST my race is ASMO and and the name is deathstabkiller!

    need help here ADMIN/GM/AM .. my items got lost after i transfer from ely to asmo.. i put my items at acount warehouse and after i deleted my ely char i created the asmo char. then get all the important items in my account warehouse then put it on my cubes info... after days past by.. when i log in i`ve found out that all of my items got LOST???? how did it happen??this are my items that has been lost EGT leather set+15,ABG dagger+15,GPP sword+15,WOC lvl1 , 1pc abg corumdom access, 2pcs abg ring corumdom access,
    PLS PLS PLS HELP ME GM/ADMINS I CANT PLAY WITHOUT MY ITEMS.. THIS IS MY WORST DAY.. NOBODY KNOWS MY ACOUNT INFO..PASSWORD/ACCOUNT .. PLS RESTORE :( :( :( :(
    WAITING FOR ANY RESPONSE
    I DONT HAVE ANY SCREENSHOOT ALL BECAUSE I DIDNT EXPECT THIS TO BE HAPPEN....... :(

    i guess i heard like this before not kind a sure but your ely char .. did you leave the legion others ?.. and without SS guess this is hard to find out

    If you wanted to make an Asmo char, you had to leave atleast one Elyos char behind, and then create your Asmo.

    When you transfer, you can't just delete your character and make new one with different race. If you do so, you will have the items that you left in account warehouse.

    Transfering your character with all of your items to other race/server costs 1500 credits.

    yes i all deleted my characters in my ely char!!!! can i ask to get back all my items because im useless to play this game with no items using!!!
