    I don't know where can i find the Eltnen Disciplinant, and i can't find the mobs to kill...
    Someone help me please ):

    Eltnen Disciplinant = A lvl 25~35 player in Eltnen lol, it's not a NPC. =)

    Invite a lvl 25~35 player to your group, right click his name from the group window and choose "Start Mentoring", then kill the monsters you are asked to.

    EDIT: I searched it up on Google, it says you've got to kill 5 of Kaidan's Best (5 monsters in the Kaidan Mine). You can kill any of these: Crack Kaidan Charger, Wallarm, Grappler, Slicer, Snapper, Witchdoctor and Elite Black Mage.
