I think it's true, but unfortunately its not implemented on Gamez yet.

Those booses is same with Padma/Sema in Gelk/Ins area
That mean, anything from those bosses can tradeable.
And ofc, JUST RETAIL ONLY

i hope those 3.0 sets n weaps are available in the special shop, if its not yet implemented in game, but will there be any special shop when ?,

best weapons are dropped by sunyaka (tiamatia eye)

mounts and more badass weapons by vesharti (rentus base)

and im sure there is a mob in tiamatia that drops some wings too

sarpan doesnt really have that many good bosses :<

 

There is not drop-list in tiamat yet, just some npc stat.

Hum those wing are at 2500 credit, armor is too powerfull.... I bet you will never get it in-game.
