    Did you try logging in at other server? or in Gamez, but with another account?
    Do test by yourself, something is wrong there.

    I'm not using illegal characters, I use the NLsoft launcher to play the game.

    .... Maybe that's why it isn't working? That launcher is for Retail, you need to use the GamezAion Launcher.
