Disconnected ????

Hello everyone and thanks in advance for any help on this topic.
For the last 2 days I am always being disconnected from the server, Why is this? It's not my internet because I am constantly checking it to see if the issue is on my end. I have not changed any settings, I also am having an issue that I need a GM to help me with. I am unable to change my game account password. I have tried for 2 days as well on this issue and can not change my game account password, I follow the link as instructed via confirmation email and I can not change password.

 

Still nothing in response? I repaired , played and botta boom! botta Bing! i'm disconnected again. So i uninstalled game and i am currently downloading it all over again to see if i can resolve this issue.
