Still waiting and being ignored

Hello, I'm still waiting for my acount to be fixed , it's almost two weeks past now and I'v had not one email reasuring me my account will be fixed asap.

Here's the link to my post http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f53/any-all-ams-managing-voting-toll-credits-126988/ I don't need to be flamed again ok! ,I can assure you that I will be leaving and you will be losing x1 donator ,if you do not fix it , Iv seen other posts with the same issue and they never got resolved and was forced to leave , i hope i dont have the same issue with you, I have donated alot toward this server and have supported it all the time i have been here, to repay me like this/being disregared isnt good for your server at all , ... nor your staff rep.. there is no major effort required on your part, you just need to hurry up and reset my account toll to its original 20k which i have/paid/voted for...... I only hope you take your players to value esspecialy donators.... I'm not expecting you to fix my account by the way , from the support i'v got from alente isnt good what so ever.. he just ignores every one's pms so im guessing he just wants me to leave... and no im not being impaitent it doesnt take this long to resolve such a small isuue... im requesting it to be fixed by this coming friday or i am leaving for sure. and my friends will be coming with me thanks.....

Just be patient as you can see on your old thread it clearly said's you problem is being investigated.

 

yeah they said they were looking in to it...... almost 2 weeks ago.... they have sent me no message or anything just to incourage me everything will be ok i pmd alente twice in teh cores of this time with a respectful email. and he just ignors me all the time

 

They havent even tried to ivestigate it...... i check my logs everyday..

But besides that, nothing needs investigating , he need only go in the aion data base and see my toll is abnormal..... oh or look at the ss, or log into my account.. but that's some reall tough invesigation work to do....

 

There are many players with problems please understand that so, as you imagine Alente is very busy atm but i do promise you, you will get a reply as soon as he has time.

Your not being ignored. Only admin staff can look into problems with credits. So if your post has already been seen by alente, or if you pm'd him about then wait patiently. Raging about it on the forums will only lead to forum punishments.

Again. No AM staff can deal with missing credits.
