PROBLEM WITH ACC in web

Hello, so i told about my problem about mobile donation i have like 100$ but i get error when i try donate so i made fake acc and tried donate smallest amount and i donated succssesfully after that i thougt all is good so i loged in my real acc and i got error so it means smth with my acc is buged or i got some limitations ( i asked that company im using i hadnt reached they limits so it's smth in gamez)so i would be glad if CArl or Alente could check this and look what's with my acc because i need get rid of those 100$ in phone And i hope AM can poke them for this Have good day

 

i have same problem.. on my main account i cant donate using super rewards but on my alt i can i dnt want to donate using my alt coz it will be a waste if i buy it vip.. so atm im using payment wall coz super rewards is bug on my main account..

 

well problem is i tried all mobile donations on my main acc all options from super rewards and all options from payment wall but i get errors in main acc from all of them and i dont want donate for 2nd acc cause i lose 1,5 k for vip
