Mail problem :(

hello i need help about my problem. ive got 99 unread message in mail and when i will open my mail i always got disconnected. every time i open my mail. i already type .clearmail and ive got 99 unread message. please help me fix my mail sir.

 

This has been a common bug now, It does disconnect you when u open your in game mailbox, so I'm not sure what to tell you, maybe contact a GM to maybe clear it out for you?

Admin will have to delete your mail box every message, so if you got items in your mail box say good bye to them they will be removed to. >.<

If you hole mailbox doesen't get deleted then you won't be able to use mail box ever again, and you will continue to disconnect.

Try and type .clearmail then try and check again. ( I dout it will work didn't work for me ).


Next time i recommend you don't let your mail box get full, and always delete empty messages!

the same problem of this thread and your the one who also got this kind of problem. so let me know what you did about this kind of problem

 

There really isn't much that can be none, as kath said, admin's can only delete ever message in the mailbox. Just have to wait until it gets fixed I guess.

there's no SAM // HEADAM // ADMIN arround please fix my mail got problem i always god disconnect when i open it. i already try the .clearmail command. but it doesn't yet work.. my items there is expensive please help me gm.

LOL man, just use .clearmail and 1 mail will be removed from your mailbox so you can see it!
