Level loss

I logged out about an hour ago at level 58 to get some lunch and when i logged back in a few minutes ago i had lost the two levels i gained after the system reboot earlier, yet i can still use the skills as a level 58 Ranger, I only have the experience and level for a 56 Ranger.... Can someone please fix this error? I was level 58, but my level reset, though my skills and my quests have not...

I suppose that what you experienced is a rollback.

I have seen some reports about it and i'm not sure how its happening. Sorry about the level loss but you will have to level it up again.
Have to get this to someone higher to check it out.

ps: It's not a simple rollback as they still have their high level items equipped and all skills.

 

Maybe i didnt explain it quite right... when i logged on this morning i was level 55, when i was level 56 i saw the message, " you have 5 seconds to logoff!" i logged back in 5 minutes later and leveled to 58 before logging off for an hour. Nothing happened according to my guild within that hour to make me think there was a roll back. It just looks like a glitch to me that needs to be fixed, or reset my quests so i can get back to whereI was by repeating the same quests. Either way, I'll be happy with the result... Its like buying a piece of armor, but when you log back in the armor is gone, but the money spent on it is gone as well.
