    yesterday i bought "change name ticket" and its been use to my character
    my old chanter name"Hardu" and i change it to "Zeraphim"
    yes after that i log in today.. why my old chanter name still appear :(

    yes.. i dont have a proof becoz who can expect this to happen
    omg my 1K credits lost.

    Pls help me to solve this problem..

    Incomplete character name-change confirmed in server logs.

    You have our apologies for this - there was a brief issue this morning where basic character data wasn't being committed to the database on logout. Inventory data was unaffected by this however things like location/level were and that would have included character name changes.

    I've changed your name back to Zeraphim.
