cannot login to my character

was in crucible and got dc and now when i log in i can enter any character but the one i was using it just makes client close

account: "devilwolf" character "devilwolf"

also note that my character is logged in game when i log with other characters i see it logged in legion

That means your char is stuck I believe, go to the Gamezaion site, then log-in, your User CP, and Unstuck Player Request.

If that doesn't solve the problem, you will need to wait for the next Server Restart.

 

and after you send an unstuck request dont try to open your account

 

Sometimes, when i get dc't and i can not close the game (because of that my screen gets white) i open up a new game and must do that twice, becuase it always says your already logged in and i get disconnected, but only twice, the third time i can normally log in

 

Yea, that happens a lot when your not patient xD, just wait a couple minutes for your char to be logged off and then you can easily log-in from there.

 

i've already sent the unstuck player request before i post in forum hope for fast server restart now i guess :sleeping:

Again your character is stucked. Request Unstuck Player in website and don't try to open your character unless the server restarts.

Theres no exact time frame for server restarts. But it does restart every around 2 days.

can i open other characters on the same account normally and the first one will be fixed or should i not open the account at all ?!

because you said don't open your character and another am said don't open your account ?!

 

If you can, use other characters.
