Connection Problem-Help please!!!

Facts:

1. That i updated my client to 3.0.x
2. That i can log in during 2.7.x
3. That i am using the gamezaion.exe launcher found on our gamezaion home-website
4. That i'm using a 32BIT Windows Seven OS

Problem: I cant log in... when i press START GAME -- nothing happens

No game at all... no log in page at all... as in nothing happens i tried it many times...

Any more detailed info on how to fix my problem please.... thanks...

i cant play the game too even retail... nothing happens after pressing the PLAY NOW -- for retail

How about you still got the item.pak from 2.7 ? if you still have it on its just normal that you can't launch it..

try running a consistency check (repairing) on your client. also check to see that your firewall, if you have one, is letting Aion connect. check your processes (ctrl+alt+del, task manager) to see if aion.bin runs soon after trying to run it. all of this AFTER having your client repaired.

I turn off my firewall -- game not working

I turn off my firewall and change my items.pak ... still not working... same problem... nothing happens T_T

 

try to delete all of aion and then reinstall it again if then nothing heapends try to instal it again or repair it then just put new item pack and there we go wish ya luck ^^

 

ahmmm i encountered this already in 32bit win7 OS but my problem is the direct X, if you ddnt get whats the wrong with it, i suggest to try win7 64 bit

 

If retail isnt working, im sorry but you will need to reinstal your client.

If you have extra time and if you are patient, the best will be that you uninstalnaion and delete all of its files and then instal it and go trough the whole procedure again.^^
