Cant log in with username and password

    My friend that wants to play the game cannot log into the game or the forums but can log in on the website, whenever she tries too log into the game it says invalid user name or password

    You are aware that the forum and game have different login credentials right?

    To register an account in Aion you can use this link, please also be aware that your friend will need to launch the game using the GamezAion launcher otherwise they'll be trying to connect to retail with their Gamez login which obviously wont work.

    yes thats the same linki gave her, but ithink its because she didnt verify her account since she did not receive any emails
