Bug with character

I have a problem with my character Khazyel , when i try to connect with him, my client closes , i dont know why. I can log with the other character in the same account , and i dont have problems , but when i want log with kazhyel , the client closes. I've tried "Unstuck" in the webpage , but this dont work.

Sorry for the ortography , i speak spanish , i use a traductor.

Your character is stuck.

Unstuck requests require processing to be effective, which means it wasn't processed though. I'm going to be doing so in the next 10 minutes.

Please re-do the unstuck request and wait, do not try to log that character. If still after the process of such, then you will need to wait for a server restart.

 

I can do "Unstuck" again , but the webpage appears "Player Unstuck Request was Already Sent!" , so i cant do this. What I should I do?

are u using the old items.pak 2.7? and enters pandae or sanctum? or to the housing area? if that so remove the old items.pak from aion/data/usa/items.... unstuck request is not that much necessary... if u are using the new items.pak or the default one, then get unstuck.

 

I have the 3.0 version , and the unstuck dont work , what can i do?
