    Commander Bakarma spear is pretty descent, you can obtain it in in Indratu Fortress, you can only get it on the asmo side (in Beluslan).

    NTO but atm you will only be able to get it via trade

    NHDE/NSDE you can get it either in trade or craft it

    Siel Dominant im not sure if the quest still works for it

    Haven't checked it myself but I've seen some friends doing this quest even after 3.0 update. I'm not really sure, though.
