    You buy what they want from main website or through in-game, Black Cloud Trader's Shop then you trade them the items that you bought. Most of the items you buy from the shop requires VIP access and a file called item.pak which you can download somewhere here in forum to be able to trade except godstones and few more things. VIP access is worth 1500 credits. When someone says he needs VIP credits, it means that you have to be VIP while having the credits needed ie; if the person needs 2500 VIP credits, it literally means that you need to be VIP while still having 2500 credits.
