    I need help with the quest [Group] Lupukin's Request. I know he spawns after you beat Dorakiki the Bold, so I did that and he showed up, but the quest wasn't there. I know I haven't started it either. Is there something I have to do for the quest to show up?

    If I remember it right, you need to have the relics and hand it in to him. And as for the pre requisite quest, you have to get a Siel's Supreme weapon from Taloc's Hollow, and visit the NPC who'll ask you for Noxallon Ingots to upgrade it.

    i did all of that. i have the weapon, vorpal essence, and the ingot. but no refiner, and i cant start the quest to get it
