how can i see the item with which i've remodeled another item?

 

If you mean how to preview an item then it's Ctrl + Click (left button of your mouse)

 

not that, i want to know the exact name of the item that was lost in the remodeling process

 

If you remodeled the item yourself then you might still be able to find the item's name on your chat log if you haven't log-out yet after you did the remodeling. Other than that, I don't think there's any way.

Your best bet would be to take a screen shot of your character while wearing the item then upload it somewhere else and post it here. It's highly possible that someone out here would be able to tell correctly what item is it.
