Tobi is most likely to be someone we've all seen it before. I always thought it would be Shisui, but since the latest manga chapter does not seem to be so. Perhaps it could also be Izuna, but who knows?

That greatly contradicts with what you said earlier o.o but yea reading the latest chapter it is highly implied but for the same reason you've said there are doubts...if it does turn out to be Obito then they have good reason. Either that or it'll be a serious continuity error.

 

Tobi was able to use the chakra chain which only the Uzumaki clan was able to use, if he is not an uzumaki then he would be an uchiha, and if hes an uchiha then in my opinion i think the best character which would fit to be tobi is Uchiha Kagami. Hes as old as danzou, sarutobi, konoha elders, etc, He knows everything about konoha and about the kyubi, which would make him old enough and able to plan/plot something with the real madara.

and the best character which would fit to be tobi is...kagami or izuna...or someone from uzumaki clan

He could be the real obito or he just someone takes over obito's body.

 

I thought tobi and madara the same person? I'm kind of confused on how their voices changed throughout the show.

I thought obito died a long time ago?

 

The REAL madara is the one fighting 5 kages.This Tobi man is either Obito or someone else takes his body.We never seen Obito really died in the story (kakashi side story). He just buried in the rocks with half of his body crushed. So, the answer might revealed in next chapter ^^
