i donate using payment wall didn't get back credits help me please

last 2 days i donate 5$ using payment wall but didn't get back credits. kindly request you to help my problem.

hello have you tried clicking the missing donation in the payment wall? coz I experienced the same thing but when i click that. i received it within 24hrs.

 

I really dont know why didnt u get credits, but please be patient some players even waited a week for the donation to come.

if i missing donation in the payment wall .. the payment wall will not reply to me letter .. i got the mail from payment wall that i was donating 5$ using payment wall. That's why Payment wall give me back .. Transaction ID. if i don't i won't get this back

oh my god . a week .. it couldn't .. really really abased to me

it has been 3 days now .. still didn't get credits .. how many days left that i need to wait sir?

You need to contact payment wall. There isn't anything that we can do about the situation as it is their support department who you need to deal with.

Normally the processing companies (i.e. payment wall, super rewards) will put holds on transactions they feel are not legitament. You need to verify who you are and that you are authorized to make the payment.

 

please let me know how can i contact payment wall .. i have paid letter what they sent.. give me the way to do.

Yes it may take a few hours for the credits to appear.
