Sir alente, gm/admin, pls help me with my membership status

    Sir Alente, GM/Admin , I would like to ask for help with my membership status in the website.....as previously stated in my previous post here, I just recently played my account after a long hiatus since version 2.6 since I really was busy irl during that time....and since it is now 3.0 and new features and likes, I decided to return and play my accounts again.... to cut the story short, I played ingame and during playing I need to change my account to VIP since i would like to trade some items to another player(which i was scammed i learned later) I readily went to the website and since I regularly made my account vip previously for trading I just click the vip portion and agreed....and then went ingame but alas, I cannot make transaction since the items have msg like"not tradeable items" I was confuse since I was able to put on the new item pak according to the steps given by smartik and i ever since i cannot trade anymore with my items like abg accessories or gpp sets to other players....i really was frustrated until i notice that there's a message saying I am premium account and looking at website, I found out to my horror that my status was for premium and not vip as i want it to....Sir Alente, GM/Admin, pls help me and change the status of my membership to VIP instead of premium account since if your would check with my previous transaction log history, I never did pick premium and always choose vip since i regularly trade my items specially abg to other players.....I already send a pm to Sir Alente about it and up to now, I haven't heard any response from him about it...I guess he's so busy attending to many task but I am asking for his help or to any GM/Admin who would help me in changing my status to vip....It really would be a waste of my heardearned credits if it will not be change and it would really be a pity since it would take me again a long time voting just to get that number of credits to accumulate......Sir Alente, GM/Admin, your help would really be appreciated.....many many thanks in advance and to those kind players who would share their inputs to help me, much appreciated too....pls, to those with nothing to offer, no flames please and no thrash talking.......:sick::sad::sad:

    Honestly the best thing you can do is just continue voting and instead use the extra increases (exp gold drop rate ect..) to get medals or other items to trade later once you have enough credits to go vip again.

    ONRAIN, thanks for your input but i firmly believe its their fault like system error or something....its like when you buy in website an item and another items was given to you or when you donate and you do not receive anything.......i have been playing gamezaion since 2010 and I never pick premium and always vip so why should I start now??? besides,its useless to me since i don't farm, all my characters are maxed level so i don't need a lifetime service like that whereas in vip, i can trade my things and collect items and vice versa.....also, vip gives more feature although in limited time period only but its ok since i just use it for trading things anyway....so i am asking the admin or Sir Alente to help me and make my account VIP again since that was what i want in the first place......so hoping to hear from concern admin of even from Sir Alente to correct this thing that happened to my account......

    Why dont you pm them? As I see there nothing that a simple forum reader can do for you in this public thread.

    Sadly, theres no swap between VIP & Premium membership and before getting this, it'll need your confirmation before you'll get such membership membership, so it's no ones fault but yours. And yes, Alente is a busy person so guess it'll take time for him to respond on your PM.
    Speaking of not tradeable items, when you got your items.pak on, that message will automatically disappear unless you have itempak problems.

    lhuv, i admire u as a player before, but sad to say, as an am trainee, u should have taken the time to read my post before you write that so that you will know that i states that EVER SINCE I'VE PLAYED SINCE 2010, I ALWAYS CHOOSE VIP MEMBERSHIP AND WON'T START NOW,...... SO I KNOW WHEN I CLICK THE VIP BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM AND CONFIRM IT, I AM CHOOSING A VIP STATUS FOR MY ACCOUNT, I also mentioned that it might be a systems error on their part since errors do occurs from time to time here in our server, so I have no control over it but to just file a complain and post a thread for them to know about it......

    as for voting to get credits, its easy for you to say that since you're a donator and don't normally vote unlike us who have no means but just rely on voting to get credits ...so imagine to get 1500 credits, i need to vote more or less 10-15 days just to accumulate that amount since you cant be sure you can vote regularly twice a day...... just to clarify...... pls mods, don't delete this for clarification only.......

    The only way to not get the VIP membership is if you click the wrong thing. If you clicked it and confirmed it then you would have been VIP. As for a system error? I am sure that will get looked at however, at the current time. It is assumed to be player fault at work until any confirmation is gained.

    Your, caps lock. Is not really helping your case here either. However, I will be sure to see if Alente will take a look at things when he is around and as long as he has the time to do so.
