Problem with my credits

Hi !

Yesterday I donated for 5000 credits by Super Rewards (with Credit Card).

They sent me a mail saying "Thanks for submiting your e-mail address" and a link to confirm that action. I waited for some hours and then I made an inquiry at their web-page.

They sent me another mail saying "We've recived your inquiry", but they didn't told me when are they going to give me my credits...



Can someone help me? I want to know how much I must wait to have my credits, and they don't answer me.

Be patient, if you haven't gotten your credits within 24 hours, you will need to contact the donation method you used either Payment Wall or Superrewards.

 

Yes, I've waited about 30 hours and I sent an mail to Super Rewards, but they only answered "We've recived your Inquiry" and didn't say anything else... when I used Payment Wall they answered faster and clearer u.u

Thanks for the answers i didn't know it was normal waiting more than 2 days for my credits u.u

A friend donated yesterday by Super Rewards as me, and he had the credits in his account 5 minutes later, but well so I'll have to wait.
