    Ok,:pinched: I got mixed up and chose the top donation option when I wanted the VIP option for the item pak. Can my donation be changed over to the VIP from the lifetime please? :pinched::andy::annoyed::unsure::sad::pouty::tongue:

    I recommend you vote every day, in 15 days you buy your premium
    meanwhile, takes you're vip, go to instances and trade everything you can to equip or extract resources.

    I think that people should get what they pay for and Its there job to satisfy people, If the staff are useless people are going to leave the game..If someone makes a mistake, there should be someone to help that person! I know I would :)
    And I prefer not to click on vote cause its annoying and out of my way...

    The vote system doesn't work, its a hit or miss thing and annoying.
    I paid good cash but hit the wrong button. But no matter I couldn't get the item pak to work at all using all methods and pak versions available with good techs helping me so a warning should be put up on the purchase page that the item pak does NOT work on WinXP systems PERIOD.

    You are just taking hard earned money from good people and having a good laugh. Staff/Admin know that its a very small percentage of people that can get it to work on older systems...the forums are full of complaints and requests for help but I am guessing none is given from what I read. This is a rip off ADMIN and dishonest hosting of a pserver. Do the right thing and post that its a gamble to get the item pak ON THE PURCHASE PAGE. IN the end....I am thoroughly disgusted. :pinched::mad::unsure::annoyed::annoyed::annoyed:
