Yeah ignite is totally a lame spell for darius especially with all the synergy with his passive and everyone who rolls ignite on him totally sucks. Check out this nooblord who uses ignite on him omg what a scrub report.

They did damage, just not to me . Also when you have a tanky dps build with baron buff and have effectively kept the other team locked down so they get few kills and CS they're not gonna have their builds ready yet. Also I take ignite on almost every champ unless I jungle or try support.

I used to go Exhaust but most of the time they would just flash out of it and I find that ignite is really great for securing those kills when the enemy is trying to trololo away with a few bars of health left. Also with champs like Darius it synergizes nicely with his passive. And if a Morde ignites you while he has his ult on you might well just bend over and kiss your ass goodbye at that point.

 

You can't flash out of the exhaust @_@" !!! Even if you, it will be just a wasted flash for them because you have your E loaded and ready for cases like this Exhaust gives you the 99.9% opportunity to get your 5 stacks on your enemy and then KABOOM them from above w your 1k rough, naked, pure raping true damage ulti ^^; If they won't die from it (-which is rare-) they will die from bleeding (-unless if they will spam heal spell at the right moment-).

 

I meant exhaust in general not just with Darius. No matter who I play as even if exhausted most of the time they just flash back to their turret as soon as they see the exhaust on them and manage to trololo away with 30 health left. Ignite is great for those early game engagements as when they try to trololo away you put that on them and watch them run off and then, wait for it, wait for it, AN ENEMY HAS BEEN SLAIN! Especially useful in that when it's on CD you get 5 bonus AD and AP which helps in last hitting to get more CS.

 

Honestly, I prefer to have exhaust whenever I play top or support because I don't like when people know when my ignite is on CD, since the extra 5 AP give it up. When I'm solo top, exhaust is that spell that can give me an escape from a gank, by just spamming it on the jungler. On the other hand, when I'm support, I can save our ADC from getting killed.

 

I'd also make a rule that people have to read the thread title/first post explanation to make sure it doesn't say "League of Legends Debate Team"
