    Hy, I have my acc bugged because when i get max lv a chr i dont get any platinum coins or reward...can somebody help me?

    Most of the surveys that you don't receive while leveling up usually appears after you log back in. Another thing to note, is when you try to take the survey and your inventory is full, then you won't be able to take whatever item is given from that survey, so a relog always help to fix this issue.

    Just relog next time this happens. Good luck!

    ty all for suggestions but i play this for like 2 years now and i left few months ago because i had best gear you can get in game but i wanted some pvp gear and no matter how many time i relog survey just wont appear all that appears is that survey with pernos q that idk how to do:)

    platinium coin? when u get lv55 they give u Platinium medall but the platinium coins ... they give u arround lv30~40

    my bad platinum medals i ment the ones used to buy pvp gear in inggison,only got 20 from my first 2 max lv chr now i dont get nothing i have 5 chr max lv...
