Demote those who abused their in gamez

As today, i have heard that someone try to scam a player and that guy is an amt.
an that guy has been demoted already.

Its shows that higher staffs will monitor their members.

To maintain the balance in this game.!

to tell you honestly , my friend told it in fb , saw the ss and everything , and iv heared also that ****** was already scammed some players in the game

 

and what the community can do about that?

 

b4 hiring a staff member ,they will make sure that b4 hiring an amt ,FIRST OF ALL the amt must have a good personality, and has a contribution in game! not in this ****** making more friends here, so that many will vote for them.

An AM scamming is just dumb, in my opinion.

Hiring? Its not a job that requires an interview where you can visually see the person and know how he/she presents themselves. Its a gamble when choosing an AMT there will be those that just abuse there authority and there are those that will go above and beyond for the community; its just life; you can't tell if a person is willing to just be an AMT to just make friends or run around and not do much because its the internet and there is no way of telling if he/she is in fact one of those people because like i said its the internet. And yes like you said "you heard" this so it doesn't automatically make is true, more of a rumor floating about.

 

"FIRST OF ALL" you are not the person to judge AMT's personality, or to judge anyones personality that you don't know and that you have never spoked to.

AMT's or any GM/AMs don't have any right reason to spam players chat, and before they get "hired", they go trough a test. They aren't just random people that know lil' about Aion.


From all 4 AMTs on siel, I know all of them. Now there are 3 including me. I can tell you, neither Lhuv,Kath or Adumala would spam players chat. Kath got hacked and probably hacker was doign tons of stupid things as i heard from private sources. Kath was and still is a great,helpfull,kind and friendly person and on your place i wouldn't QQ and tell people how bad they are, i would be sad that such a good person was and that we as staff (i didnt do it but im talking for all of the gamez staff) were very very sad and forced to demote her.

why to make trade threads that she is trading VIP credits?

Did she get refund for that ? because i don't think so that she would donate more than 150 bucks after that .

 

She was demoted as AMT, but you can see she is still in game and she still has account on forum.

She maybe did, and she maybe had some credits.^^

 

so the one that hacked her account didn't get her stuff?

This thread is out of control, and very disrespectful.

We choose our AMTs very carefully, and monitor them painstakingly through just about everything they do. I can't tell you how many nights of lack of sleep I've personally went through watching trainees and making sure all is well on both Siel and Lumiel, never mind those same nights Puddles, or Bryne, or Alente himself have went through and done same as I.

I was the one that'd caught this "trainee", who CLEARLY had no physical control over their account, asking players for information. I took action before it'd gotten TOO far out of hand, and I apologize that there was even a bit of a delay in this. Why should their ingame account be banned for something so blatantly out of their control? Would you personally want banned for something out of your control like that?

And I'll see to it personally that if the time comes, it will be dealt with.
