My acc is hacked

My account was hacked, my password no one had never played in Internet cafe, when he was asked to change password due to the fact the minutes passed as "server was hacked you" changed the password, and even then I was hacked I demand an investigation on trades occurred, emails sent, ip logged, during the period of 14 will be July 15, 2012 as soon as possible.
ps. ss I have all my items, if nothing is done will have to take more drastic providences.

so, you played in an unsafe enviornment. meaning you are unaware of any background progames running. of which one may have been a key logger.Users are rezponaible for thier account and its security as far as playing in a safe enviorment.
