    Well.. I Already finished my Quest On Housing.. I also have the Skill to learn but the prob is I can't use it? It says on my Quest I Don't have "Part of the Building that Don't belong to me" ..

    The housing system has not been fully implemented yet. Hence why some of it does not work. Best to avoid using it until it is fully working to avoid potentially getting stuck.
