Kay so

It's been a long while since I played my char there..
so.

How am I supposed to remember my charname if you don't even let me log to CrystalAion site? ._.

Also, why is the charname needed? I thought that you just need the user name and if the name exists in GA, the an ending will be added to your nick.

 

Your only transferring specific characters. One at a time (From what i was told and understand from how the page is setup). Rather than transferring the whole account at once. Given that accounts are limited to what? 8 characters? If you transfered a full account to an account on gamez that only had say 4 slots open, it would most likely cause massive bugs and more headaches.

But, if you create a totally new account on GA, then you should be able to transfer 8 toons, since this is how many free slots there are. However, I think that the limit is set to the 7, if I got informed correctly. ;o
