Merge problem, not all characters transfering?

    I tried whit all the chars on my Account and i have the same problem...
    i dont know what to do *sigh*

    This character is not in your account.
    • You cannot transfer with more than 7 players in your GamezAION account
    • Your gamezaion account must be offline during the transfer
    • If another player has the same name, "_UNK" will be added at the end of your name and you will be given a name change ticket
    • You can register a Gamez AION account here

    Pones al principio tu cuenta de crystal, luego el pj ke deseas trasferir y despues tu cuenta de gamez.

    Yup i am getting this too.

    I can't transfer any of my chars, hope i didn't lose everything from my Crystal account lol

    Hi I just wanna say this is a great idea to get back life to the server, saying that I have a question I already transfer like 5 chars but my Main character and the first I transfer Impetud is not in the account but it was the first all the rest are there (Lumiel) but I can find him D:

    Still getting the same "The character is not in your account" problem. I guess i give up, when it's fixed i'll try again.

    if i trans my crystal char to lumiel , my credits on crystal will also be transferred to lumiel ?

    I belive there is a problem, I do found my char Impetud but he is in the (Test Server)'??? and the rest of the chars are in lumiel, what can I do????

    It just doesn't work for me, tried to make a new account but nothing :/

    Still the same "This character is not in your account." problem, can we get an update on this because it would suck if i lost my 2 years old characters and gear from Crystal...

    hi guys

    i started to transfer my char's too, first with my gladiator (Urtear), i waited like 30 min, and its still say's i already have a transfer, but in the gamez account i dont see the char, how much time it takes, or what should i do now? wait more?

    It seems I've caught the disease, just managed to transfer 2 characters fine, onto my 5th char now the system is stuck and my chanter is locked somewhere in the cyberspace abyss.
