Merge problem, not all characters transfering?

my char Sharlin is on test servar..som1 can move..

 

Still not working, still nothing from Carl/Alente. The bad thing is we can't log into Cyrstal anymore so we don't know what the heck happened to our "Not in your account" characters. I had gear that cost about 50-60k credits on that account, i just want to know what's up.

 

My Problem is all of my item's when i was in CA all item's that i had been stored in account warehouse is available, but when i got transfer a character in Lumiel Server all of the item's in Account warehouse is not available i hope this issue will be fix i need those Abyss grade item's and Crucible insignia i spend more time to earn those

The char sayin "not on your accnt" cant be found on test server either? coz mine are jsut saying they are transfering then enver show on lumiel no matter how long i wait..then they are on test server besides one thats missing completely

 

I also have some problems with transfer - you guys saying that can't anymore logg on crystal - my problem is that i transfer my 2 characters on gamez - and when im launching gamez my characters on this account appears in some empty crystal account with nice note: "Welcome to CrystalAion" ...

So threw gamez launcher I'm still having my transfered chars on new crystal account (my other 3 chars left without transfer yet .... and I even can play there on empty server - kinda creepy.

I wrote pm to Alente I hope soon all this situations will be fixed

I have an Existing Character in Lumiel Server character name "Pepsicola" and i have Character name same "Pepsicola" from Crystal Server when i do the Character transfer from Crystal Aion/Gamez Lumiel i got this Message

People are able to pick out items from their account warehouse before they decide to transfer from Lumiel to Siel or Siel to Lumiel so they do not lose items. We can no longer log into Crystal to do that because we can no longer access it. As for me, most of my valuables are(were?) in the account warehouse also. ABG items, 6x 10% godstones, 10b kinah etc. It'll be removed from my possession just like that? We shouldn't be punished for keeping things in the warehouse instead of on our characters, Ijs.

At least give people a chance to pick them out/retrieve them.

still after 2 days werent enough to notice it ALOT crystal where checking the forum like every 5 days or so X_X that transfer was like lightspeed fast xD 2 days only

 

The servers were merging. It did not say our account warehouses were going to be deleted.

To improve gameplay, Crystal AION will be merging with Gamez AION (lumiel) with increased population and server rates.
The Server Merge will take place on 18th July 2012. All items and stats on your characters should be transferred except AP, friend list, broker, mail.

To transfer your Crystal AION characters you're required to confirm your crystal aion and gamez aion account information (user/pass). You can create a gamez aion account here

Complete the form to transfer your Crystal AION characters over to Gamez AION (lumiel)
