CRYSTAL/GAMEZ transfer issue

Hello GM
I would like to ask about those transfer accounts from Crystal to Gamez
Especially about vip accounts (which was on crystal) and credits on account left on crystal site
Does it involves transfer too?

I create new account in Gamez (didn't played there before - only on Crystal) so with the transfer will I receive
my vip account and my credits left on crystal site?

I guess im not lucky - i made transfer with transfer form - waited like more than hour (on site was 5-10 minutes) and my character didn't move to gamez lumiel server. I checked logging in gamez web site (no characters on account) and also on gamez acc.
When im logging in on gamez its redirecting me back to crystal with this one char i tried to transfer (my other chars on account like dissapeared). Could you unstuck it from there please and unlock this account.

And ofcourse I would like to thank for transfering my credits from crystal to gamez site - they are all in place - ty.
