failed to connect to the game sv

and can't loading in the sv list and with other accont i can

progress i can go in charactter selection i m logging with my chanter(agx) and see my glad from same account online........... i need unstuck or kick from game

lol is my only acc ... i don't play in other sv and i don't have other acc in this sv oh :-<
