cant enter the game

    i press start game then an error appears saying Initialize RD failed i press ok and afterwards another error appears CreateSystemInterface Failed

    how do i fix this?

    You don't need antivirus ro repair your client, you must use NCsoft to do that.

    I meant i dont have an anti-virus to turn off and how do i do it through the ncsoft launcher?

    Did you install it? If so, right click on AION and then in Repair​, then just wait.

    You should be able to enter Gamez Aion, if you can play retail.

    If no, just go to NCsoft launcher and repair it or uninstal it, and install again.^^

    I tried to repair and it still doesnt work maybe the problem is that the retail aion and gamez shouldnt be at the same folder?
