    I can't complete the housing quest when i must get a studio from Sarrik, why?

    Is the housing "disabled" or is a bug?

    and on lumiel is same problem i think is disabled

    As far as I know, the quest is broken.

    It was okay and some of my friends got the house working and everything, but it is bugged now again and they are working on it to fix it ASAP.
