Merge problem, not all characters transfering?

    wheres the usefullness of this transfer if our mains are stuck back in crystal ? X_X anyway i hope this is solved soon

    i think there are like 3 ppl from crystal that actually have been able to move all the chars they wanted to move, everyone else seems to have problems...

    Like sherry had said, if your main is stuck in test server just log into your account after 30mins of "you have an active player transfer!" on the gamez website. It will then reset the transfer (though it takes time to be reset) and then try transferring again.

    Some of my friends had got their characters in the test server to get transferred to Lumiel in this way. Guess we just have to keep trying until that happens. My chararacter is still on test server too ! T.T

    hihi ^.^ I still trying atm but nothing hapens I get frustrated I think I'll try 1hr more today =( need transfer 3 chars, I hope this 1hr I'll have some luck

    For Christ's sake, someone give an answer to the people that have their chars stuck in the test server. It's been like a week already, seems like i am one of the few lucky that didn't have a problem but many people DO have a big problem, they can't play in Lumiel... What's going on?

    It would be nice if someone could wrote word or two about trying to solve this problem - becouse we all still waiting and there's no answer about all those stuck characters in crystal or test server...

    and it's not small problem - i meet on crystal with my stuck char more then 10 different ppl... i guess its even more - so please give us even some small info...

    its getting rediculous theres no word about this, i wouldnt be surprised to see our characters lost without a word about it. with as many players as gamez has a dozen people would hardly seem to matter to them, crystal had some loyal players now if only admins would show us any kind of apreciation or even just give us the technical support to fix this like youd imagine admins of any server or thing of the sort should.
