Hi, I cant use my Char (I need help)

Hi, I have this problem.. when I log in my account, I select my main chart "Starbreezze" but when I choose her, the game close and redirect me to my desktop, my other chart, can log in the game, but she dont, plz help, thanks by the way.

I already send a unstuck quest// and I check my client, I still waiting a response from one Gm, thank you

This is so funny, I still waiting a Gm response since yesterday , somebody? maybe one official gm response -.-"

 

unstuck request i think will help / and if this happen again and again repair your client/ and wait for server restart
