merge credit problems

    my account name on crystal and gamez is the same so i cant merge cause i dont want to lose the characters i have on gamez. the problem is i have credits on my crystal aion account that i would like to get, any help i can get with this would be great as i dont want it to be a waste of money.

    My Crystal and Gamez account is/was the same, and I transfered a char from crystal to lumiel with the merge system, I got my credits on both accounts added.

    did you lose any of you characters? and where do i go to start the merge?
