Do you have screen shot? I don't understand the problem you mean that are you and your group on instance and you can't see them?

Download the bin32 that is there: http/forum.gameznetwork.com/f64/%5Bguide%5D-how-solve-group-problem-130035/
Make a back up of your original bin32 (changing its name to bin32a works lul).
Extract the bin32 that you have downloaded and copy paste it in NCsoft/AION and done:3.

To install a new client remove the NCSoft/Aion (North America) folder -> open again the NCSoft -> And install aion ^^

but... first you should repair the client and patch with the Gamez launcher with the new item pack and if it continue, then yes, remove your aion and download again ... it's the only thing xD

If you're getting that error/bug, its because you're running de latest client, Gamez is 3.0.0.4(maybe 0.3 e_e) yet, you must downgrade to 3.0.0.4 (maybe 3.0.0.3 e_e), and see if it works.
