Herro erryone. We're sorta back and need a few tips. =)

Like the title says, me n my buddies came back to get our asses zerged a lil more. =P So a few things that I need help with are:

1) Where do you guys get DP to morph now? Gelk mobs only give me like 30 DP now since i'm 60 QQ.
2) Are ABGs now buyable with AP and Medals?
3) Any new fast way of leveling from 1 to 60?

Thanks in advance and sorry if someone already asked/answered these questions. I tried lookin up but either didn't try hard enough or noone has done it yet.
