problem with the Launcher

    i have a problem wiht the Launcher
    When I click on Start the game It shows me the following message:"This program is unavailable in your country"
    So what can I do ?
    i downlod the north america but i am from EU
    i can't downlod the EU Because there was no EU to downlod While I changed settings to EU
