VIP and Voting Rewards

Hi guys. I played AION for a while, a year ago and went back and forth from one server to the other trying them out. I am kind of selective while choosing a server and I ended up playing here, but never reached max level with any char.

Anyway, straight to the point: Is there any custom gear in this server that can only be obtained through donating or voting? I think someone told me about something like this once, which made me leave...

Are there any other benefits to donating, besides the higher rates and item/pet shops (are there like, exclusive places to VIPs or stuff like that)?


If so, how many days (voting twice per day) would it take for a piece of gear?

PS: Can someone explain to me what does "free fly" mean?

Well if you vote twice a day, thats 100 credits. Depending on what your looking for. Figured, 3100 Credits a month.

 

There is custom gear, isn't there? Well, anyway, I think it costs around 2500 a piece, right? That would take sooo long :O (btw, what about the free fly, sorry for being annoying with it).

 

Gear only obtainable with tolls/credits are ABG, EAC, ACD, Masta, and infinite stuff lmao.
Instances for VIPs, I only know Abyssal Splinter.
Free fly means that you can fly in every map, but Gamez is not free fly anymore, just abyss and some maps to extract Aethers.

 

That gear you are talking about is not custom,gamezaion doesnt have custom items. That gear is a level 60 abyss gear that in retail you can obtain in game,though here in gamezaion it is disabled by the admins so the server can gain votes/donations. That means that you can only get it by donation or voting or trading,my advice? Just get it in game from other people,all you need is to vote 15 days a month and make your account vip (you need 1500 credits for that),once you are vip you can trade everything and also have higher rates at gathering,questing,pvp etc, And no there is no VIP "map" or anything,vip is nothing special in this server,its just a membership that lasts for 30 days and costs only 1500 credits,most people avail it because its good for trades. For example,if you vote and try to obtain gear part by part,it would take you 25 days in order to obtain just 1 part of the set,for the whole gear it would take around 1 year,which is insane,you can get a complete EAC (lvl 60 abyss gear,the one you call custom) in a few months of trading.

Well you need to spend you credits wisely =)

Since the release of 3.0 and the new EAC items and ACD items for a while the ingame economy has completely turned upside down.

ABG Set for example costs 7.5k credits if you buy it in the item shop.

But people are giving a abg set and sometimes even a weapon for 2,500 VIP Credits (that means u need 4,000 credits) 1.5k in order activate VIP and to trade all items for a month and best rates wich is way cheaper then buying into item shop.
This means you buy the item they need with your credits and trade it to them with VIP status.

Masta items are worthless now aswell, sometimes ive seen weapons for 1B in private store or selling set & weps for 1k vip =P that pretty much covers it.

 

Btw, I am really indecise on what class to choose (I think my level 40 assassin still exists, didn't level it do the max because I think that questing in Aion is really hard xD), so imagine I had the credits for the gear and spent them on one character and then didn't like to play it... Is it possible to revert?

 

If your character is still there then level it up. sorcerer class damage is hell. just get some good set, weapons, accessories and wings. but if the character is reverted already make a new 1

If you will be trading and getting vip then don't forget to to install the item.pak (this is for trading untreadable) much like the gear that you should have.

Thanks I actually thought I had a sorcerer (don't have aion installed) and went to check on the site and says it is an assassin... and the items equipped are those of an assassin... I find it really weird because I don't remember ever having played an assassin before Oo (and it is elyos? dafuq?)

Btw (sorry for the double post), what are the differences between siel and lumiel, beside the stigma thing? Which would be better for a new player (because of the stigma, etc)? And which is the most populated (so I can know where to go to PvP )?

 

both server are populated imo but siel has more players i guess.

 

Yeah, I was thinking of going to siel, but I have to think about it, because of the stigmas. Btw, I am downloading/installing aion now... won't it install 3.1, since it came out a while ago?

 

Yea its going to install a higher version that gamezaion currently cant support,and you are probably going to have group bug. I think there is a fix for that somewhere in forum,if you search.

 

About voting: When I vote, it asks me for the server I play on - will the credits be spendable in both servers accountwide? Because I always choose Lumiel (where I am currently), but I am going to change to Siel.

Sincerely, voting for items doesn't attract me as much as having to PvP for them... that would be the real deal
On the wow servers I play on, you can pvp for them, but you have to be really good. But the items are also available through donations and some by voting.

 

Most item are obtainable with a word. "...Add..." ><

I really wish I add the power to "add" any item hahaha
