Merge problem, not all characters transfering?

well still my ranger stuck on test server

i tried many times to transfer but always i got this Message
its say "Character Already transferred"

My Assassin still stucked on test server help me, Pedradas

 

Just try again and again. Its supposed to be fixed now, worked for almsot everyone. and if u get the message that u alrdy have an active transfer, log in game on the accnt ur gonna transfer too and clear your cookies in your browser, thats should fix it. if not, then jsut wait a little. thats the only advice i can give ya atm.

 

Did you delete your character after xfer? You'll need to PM an admin to have the toon recovered.

Hm... I'm sorry to be one more person with trouble but my characters still stuck on test server and I can't transfer them...
I do transfer form - nice message appears "your character will be transfer on lumiel in 5-10 minutes" and then.... nothing still stuck - then my active transfer last like an hour.... so I do what Sherry adviced (logg in and clear cookies), try again transfer and same situaton...

I have like 7 characters on account (I play with 2 - rest is like all gathered stuff storage) - when I'm logging into a webside - i see 3 characters on Lumiel (they are succesfully transfered) - yet still 4 of my characters (with my main cleric Isha) are on test server where they stuck...

I really hope it will be solved soon and I could play on Lumiel

Still yet my most beloved main cleric Isha stuck on test server... I hope I could move her too in some not distant future (its been like almost 2 weeks I'm trying to do this...)

i have a problem i cant remember my templar name, i send a pm to alente and carl but no answer . i need my templar back.

It's been a week and I still haven't gotten a reply about my deleted character.. Is it really that fucking difficult to reply to a PM?

 

Hope's gone... I'm trying to transfer my main characters like 2 weeks and nothing ....

Always message that my character will be transfered in 5-10 minutes then "active transfer" last like couple hours (I can't remove it earlier by del cookies and logg in) and then again and again and again.... WITH NO PROGRESS AND RESULT...

Could someone of the Staff check what's going on with my account and this stuck last characters - it's really most important to me becouse it's my main characters - so PLEASE - if You could check it.

Characters Isha (cleric) and Noro (assassin) - still stuck on TEST SERVER...

Hey Isha, same thing happened to an other player here and yesterday finally after she tried again and again her stuck char got trasfered. So i know its annoying and all but the only thing you can do is to try again and again, finally it will work
