Quest: The Three Keys(help pls)

I currently doing this quest as the part to get fenris set,
but i can't clear this quest because I can't enter the instance, I tried to create a group, but i still can't enter..



is my level to low or to high?
can anybody explain?
sorry for the newbie question, i'm really new in Aion..

 

your levels to high. you have to be lvl 30

 

so i have to create a new character?

it is really a long way to get fenris set?

 

u know u can fly from one room to another just fly up n u can see like all the rooms n more

 

fly straight up from the statue ?

 

anywhere all those room r roofless

 

Wait, theres a way to get fenris gear in-game? :O

 

If fenris is lvl 50 and to enter the instance you need to be 30 whats the difference between Fenris form the site and from the game ?

 

prolly is the same thing as the nestor's wings quest, the quest is not working so the only way to get it is thru donating

I did this quest at 50+ and had no problems. Were your group members present with you when you tried to enter? (aka, were they standing next to you).
